Elizabeth F. Hall

Manager, Communications and Resources

I am a higher education professional with eleven years of experience working to ensure all students, no matter the background, have access to excellent postsecondary education and research experiences. In particular I have expertise in developing and writing grants; managing projects and teams; conducting and supporting research; supporting higher education governance; building community and event planning; and improving university business practices.

I currently serve on the Backbone Team as the Manager of Communications and Resources for the Computing Alliance for Hispanic-Serving Institutions (CAHSI), an NSF-funded national INCLUDES Alliance. I am also the Director of Institutional Proposal Development in the Office of Research and Sponsored Projects at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), a large, Hispanic-serving institution (HSI) with R1 status. Prior to coming to UTEP, I worked at an open-admission, public regional teaching university in the Midwest and a large private research university in New England.
