Research Expertise
Jung Soo Lim (she/her) earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA, with a focus on computer networking. She began her career as an assistant professor in the fall of 2020. Her areas of expertise include the Internet of Things (IoT), wireless sensor networks, wired and wireless computer networks, algorithm analysis, and software engineering. In her role, she teaches a variety of courses, such as Computer Organization and Architecture, Introduction to Programming, Software Engineering, and Analysis of Algorithms. She also develops online courses and supervises senior design capstone projects. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking, and coding.
