Dr. Conrad has extensive knowledge of data privacy with emphasis on privacy by design as an integral part of system design and IT education. She has published several research articles about teaching privacy, privacy laws and data sharing and I am currently investigating perceptions and understanding of privacy notifications. She has strong technology leadership experience and has conducted research on talent retention, productivity, and AI impact. She also actively publishes on experiential learning as it relates to cybersecurity and computer science. Dr. Conrad has recently included neurodivergent students as a special population with the experiential learning process as she researches how managers can best utilize the talents of neurodivergent individuals into the workforce.
