Coordinator, Southwest Region, Texas A&M - Corpus Christi
Gracie Gibbon currently serves as the Coordinator at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi in the Southwest region of the Computing Alliance of Hispanic-Serving Institutions (CAHSI). She also serves as the Program Coordinator for the Alliance for Graduate Education and the Professoriate (AGEP) with Dr. Scott King in the Computer Science department. She works closely with coordinators and connectors across the CAHSI alliance to ensure that all students have equal opportunities, no matter their background. Gracie attended Texas A&M University, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology. Upon graduation, she worked for the Walt Disney Company for a few years before moving overseas. She is now back in her home state of Texas and is excited to work with CAHSI to help the mission of advancing Hispanics in computing.
