Brenda Whillock currently serves as the Coordinator at Maricopa Community Colleges – Arizona in the Southwest region of the Computing Alliance of Hispanic-Serving Institutions (CAHSI).  Brenda brings her passion and work ethic to help the mission of advancing diversity and inclusivity in higher education and beyond.  She works closely with coordinators and connectors across the CAHSI alliance to ensure that all students have equal opportunities, no matter their background. Working effortlessly for positive outcomes for Hispanics in computing sciences.  She has 10+ years working in the computing studies division at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, which is 1 of 10 regionally accredited colleges in the Maricopa Community College system serving 200K+ students each year.  Her years supporting technology allows her to connect with faculty and students in computing to promote CAHSI best practices</span>
