Our application form is at Google forms and it requires you to log in with a Google account. If you don’t have a Google account, you can obtain it for free here. Before you start your application, please ensure you have all you will need:
- List of the project titles for the projects that interest you
- Your CV
- Your statement of purpose (1+ pages), discussing why you want to join this program and why you are interested in the projects you have selected
- Transcript of grades – unofficial transcript (screen printout) is fine. If freshmen, upload the list of courses you’re currently taking
- Two recommendation letters – please solicit these letters early from your teachers or research supervisors. If they prefer to send the letters directly to us please instruct them to email the letters to firstname.lastname@example.org and to put your name in the subject line. Then during the application process, please upload a document stating that letters will be sent directly.
You may also edit your application later, if you need to. The system will send you the confirmation after you submit your application and a link for future edits.
